The first worldwide revision of the wasp genus Ufens Girault, 1911 (Hymenoptera: Trichogrammatidae: Oligositinae) is presented. Ufens is known to parasitize primarily hemipteran eggs and is a cosmopolitan genus most common in temperate and semi-arid regions such as the southwestern United States and Australia. Forty-three species are recognized here. Included in the revision are five species formerly in the genus Ufensia, herein synonymized, and 32 new species. In addition, seven species are removed from Ufens and placed in renewed combination in Mirufens. Because thirteen nominal species remain unidentifiable they are treated as nomina dubia. A worldwide key to species is provided. A preliminary phylogenetic hypothesis is presented utilizing both molecular and morphological data in maximum parsimony analysis. Por la importancia que va cobrando este fenómeno, se hace necesaria una investigación donde se analicen los factores que intervienen en la subcontratación, así como cuáles son sus beneficios. La presente investigación analiza el impacto de la subcontratación en la flexibilidad y los costos de un grupo de organizaciones que subcontratan sus servicios de reclutamiento, selección y administración de nomina a una empresa de subcontratación en Ensenada, Baja California, México. Los resultados revelan que en México es frecuente que empresas opten por entregar a un tercero la operación básica de administración de personal eventual y nóminas. Este cambio en las empresas obedece al beneficio de estas para mejorar la eficiencia de sus procesos y costos con la finalidad de ser más competitivas en una economía globalizada. Para este análisis, se aplicó la Escala de Espino y Padrón, 2002 sobre las ventajas de la subcontratación adaptando las preguntas a las actividades de administración de nómina, reclutamiento y selección.

In dieser Arbeit wird die Frage aufgeworfen, wieweit das syntaktische Verhalten der abgeleiteten Wörter durch die thematische Struktur der ihnen zu Grunde liegenden Basen beeinflu t wird. Um eine Antwort auf diese Frage zu finden, werden deutsche -er- Nomina und vergleichbare -ó/-ö- Derivate des Ungarischen untersucht. Für die Untersuchung werden u.a. eine semantisch fundierte Verbklassifikation sowie eine konzeptuelle Hypothese vorausgesetzt. Nach dieser besteht die Funktion der Suffixe (oder Affixe) darin, da sie die konzeptuelle Struktur der Basis modifizieren, wobei der thematischen Struktur des Ausgangselementes eine zentrale Rolle zukommt. Es wird detailliert zu zeigen versucht, da man die Derivationseinschränkungen der genannten Wortbildungsmuster und die Vererbung der den Basen zu Grunde liegenden Argumente auf die angesprochene Modifizierung durch die Suffixe zurückführen kann. Das spricht dafür, da das syntaktische Verhalten der abgeleiteten Wörter letztlich nicht in der Syntax seinen Grund hat. Diese Folgerung lä t weitere Schlüsse auf den Status der Morphologie zu.
